We are 2B PhysioFit & Well and our approach is all about you, your goals, your movement and your recovery. We want you to recover and return to your normal activities more competent and able than ever before. You will have our knowledge and expertise at hand in a wide range of specialist services.
Working within Derby and surrounding areas you’ll benefit from a close relationship with us. This gives us a greater understanding of your condition and if we feel that physiotherapy is not helping you, or that your problem would benefit from further investigation, we know exactly who to refer you to.
Our team members are highly experienced and are also members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

PHYSIOTHERAPY
Physiotherapy helps restore movement and function when someone is affected by injury, illness or disability. We also make use of kinesiology tape in relevant cases and circumstances.

For our over-60s we have a number of services, such as Re-ignite Your Vitality, Stay Active and Independent, Hungry For More. Focusing on helping to keep you at your best as you age.
CLASSES
The exercises involved in a typical session or class will focus on improving general movement, increasing strength, and giving the patient more control in their body. For people who have a goal to be more physical, mental or flexible.
INJURY REHAB
Sports injuries are injuries that happen when playing sports or exercising. Some are from accidents whilst others can result from poor training practices or improper gear. There are two kinds of sports injuries: acute and chronic.

45 mins session- For people affected by injury or disability
- Soft tissue injuries, sprains, strains and tears of muscles and ligaments
- Tension, tightness and muscle knots
PILATES
30, 45 or 60 mins session- For people affected by injury, illness or disability
- Improve posture and balance, strength, stability and flexibility
- Reduces tension and increases well-being
