With Talita’s Personal Training Sessions, you will benefit from dedicated one-to-one sessions, with the ultimate dynamics being fun and focus, allowing you to succeed at one thing – your results. We will conduct an initial physical analysis in order to create a regime specifically tailored for you. With over 20 years experience in physiotherapy, muscle and tendon injuries/conditions and rehabilitation it’s important to take into account current fitness, potential injuries, limitations and nutrition. I will then guide you through an entire programme of health and fitness development. This can include training inside and outside the gym, your diet and your lifestyle, complemented by undivided support.

Personal training sessions with myself integrates a wide range of disciplines and methods to keep both your body and mind challenged. This includes options such as strengthening, mobility, stability and stretching sessions, cardiovascular exercise and sports performance. You can choose to purchase sessions or packages and we can arrange regular training sessions, but of course I’m realistic about how day-to-day demands can impact on your schedule.

PHYSIOTHERAPY

The exercises involved in a typical Pilates session or class will focus on improving general movement, increasing strength, and giving the patient more control in their body. For people who have a goal to be more physical, mental or flexible.
